Efficient Gym & App

The Olympus Grip was made to promote efficiency and so is the app.

Some exercises are total body, while other exercises are upper or lower body.

To maximize workout time, the app gives users the option to make every exercise interval total body. During each interval, users can choose a primary exercise. If the exercise is not a full body exercise, users can also choose a secondary exercise, which allows them the mix and match upper and lower body exercises.

For example, if a user wants to perform an upper body exercise such as Palm up Resistance Biceps Curl (SR) as their primary exercise, they have the option to choose a lower body exercise such as the forward lunge and combine this into an interval. Users are allowed to mix and match exercises to make thousands of combinations of exercises.

Stretches

App includes warm up and cool down stretches to do before and after a workout to help reduce injuries and improve flexibility.

Stretchplans can be customized.
