The Basic Package facilitates: 1) light dumbbell & boxing - each grip weighs 3lbs 2) Self-Resistance, Isometrics and dynamic resistance 3) Ground resistance - plank or push-up exercises 4) Ground lower body exercises – leg and abs exercises. If you want to be able to do every calisthenic exercise possible check out the Premium Package.
