- What’s in the Box: 2 x Anchor mounts & 4 x 3/8” wood stud lag bolts. Each steel anchor is 4 3/4" in diameter.
- Purpose: Anchors and supports the Olympus Grip Strap System and is great for suspended or leaning strap exercises such as pull-ups or dips. Also supports loop bands. The Olympus Grip app will show you how to perform hundreds of strap resistance exercises.
- Permanent & Reliable: Each X-Anchor safely supports up to 300 pounds. More secure than temporary door mounts.
- Installation: Steel plate can be installed to a wall or ceiling stud or beam with wood stud lag bolts. Professional installation recommended.
- Mobility: Large X or Criss cross design enables the strap to easily slide through and offers additional strap security and mobility. It also reduces strap abrasion.
